Absolutely. After the first phase, you can move up or down based on what you need. If you're in Legacy and realize you need more accountability, move to Empire. If Dynasty feels like too much, drop to Empire. No penalty, no hassle—just let me know.

Yes. You can pay monthly or pay upfront and save 10%. Monthly payments are auto-billed on the 1st of each month. If you need a custom payment arrangement, let's talk during your consultation.

Life happens. If you need to pause (medical, family emergency, etc.), we can work it out. If you want to cancel, you can do so anytime with 30 days notice. I'd rather you succeed than force you to stay if it's not working.

Yes. If after the first 30 days you don't feel like this is the right fit, I'll refund your first payment. No hard feelings. I only want to work with people who are all in.

Most clients graduate and continue on their own with the systems and skills they've built. Some choose to renew at a maintenance tier (lower touch, focused on scaling). We'll figure out what makes sense for you as you near completion.

That's okay. Many of my clients start with limited technical skills. I'll guide you through everything step by step, recommend the simplest tools for your needs, and help you avoid overcomplicating things. You don't need to be a tech expert to build a successful business.

Yes. Business coaching is typically a tax-deductible business expense. You'll receive invoices for your records. However, I recommend consulting with your accountant or tax professional about your specific situation.
